Cadet Experience Overview

Launching in January 2025, the Corps of Cadets Experience will provide first-year and transfer cadets (4/C) with essential leadership development, focusing on Corps values and community-building. Held on Friday mornings in partnership with the Edwards Leadership Development Program, this program offers a structured approach to shaping effective leaders.

Leadership Progression
