Cal Maritime accepts applications from high school students entering college for the first time, transfer students with college work from other educational institutions and college graduates seeking to complete a second bachelor's degree. The following pages contain information on admission requirements specific to each applicant type, the admission process and procedures to follow once you have chosen to attend Cal Maritime. 

Admission Requirements and the Application Process

• First-Time Freshman
  (coming from high school or high school graduate with no college work)
• Transfer (Upper and Lower Division - any number of college units)
• International Student
• Military Veteran
• Seeking Second Bachelors Degree
• Redirected Student

Fee Waiver Information:  If you were denied an application fee waiver, you can appeal for reconsideration by submitting an Application Fee Waiver Appeal Form and sending it to admission@csum.edu.
