The Facilities Management Department is comprised of six different departmental functions including: Building Maintenance, Custodial Services, Grounds, Motor Pool, Warehouse/Receiving and Plant Office.
The campus community may obtain services from Facilities Management by calling x1120 or by submitting the appropriate request form.
Mission
To provide quality and efficient building maintenance, custodial services, grounds maintenance, motor pool services, warehousing and physical plant services in support of Cal Maritime's academic mission.
