If you would like to report an incident of copyright infringement on a website or internet domain hosted by CSU Maritime Academy, please complete the incident form below.

Infringement notices should be sent to Cal Maritime's registered Copyright Infringement agent via email at publicaffairs@csum.edu, designated in accordance with the Digital Millenium Copyright Act (DMCA). 

Claims of alleged infringement will be investigated and handled according to Cal Maritime policy and the law.
