Ahoy!

TS Golden Bear arrived pierside at Cal Maritime around 11:15 this morning after traveling 12983 NM over the last 64 days, and that brings our 2024 Summer Sea Term voyage to a conclusion. It has been an awesome summer with all 250 cadets and 49 crewmembers aboard - everyone worked really hard and stayed positive through the difficulties, but also made sure to enjoy the good times too. Congratulations to our class of 2024 grads who sailed and will receive their licenses upon departure tomorrow, and thank you to everyone who helped make this voyage a success. And a special THANK YOU to all who have "followed the voyage" this year! We are already looking forward to next year, so check back in nine months!
