Now in its eleventh year, Cal Maritime's Women in Maritime Leadership Conference supports the success of women in the maritime profession. After pivoting to virtual for the last two years, the 2022 conference will be in-person, delivering a leadership development curriculum specific to the goals of cadets and professional women in the maritime industry.
Conference organizer Vineeta Dhillon states, “I am very excited about this year’s program and proud to be working with an excellent planning team supported by cadets, alumni and industry to host our 11th annual conference in person. Despite COVID challenges, we are honored by the commitment of 24 accomplished speakers with diverse backgrounds from across the country We also have cadets from SUNY, USMMA, Maine and Texas joining us to enhance their journey to grow, transform and lead each day, in every aspect of life.”
