2013-2014 Verification Forms

After you file your FAFSA, your application may be selected for verification. If your application is selected for verification, we will place items on your "To Do List" located in Self Service through PeopleSoft. Additionally, we will send an email to your campus email address when a new "To Do List" item has been requested.  

These verification items are only needed if they appear on your "to do list" through your student portal.
