The Associated Students of the California Maritime Academy

The Associated Students of The California Maritime Academy (ASCMA) is the elected student government of Cal Maritime and the official voice of every cadet.

It is the primary goal of ASCMA to enrich the lives of cadets. We are to sponsor, promote, and conduct essential activities closely related but not normally included as a part of the instructional program of Cal Maritime. We represent and advocate for the entire student body, and help to develop student leaders and leadership skills through participation.

ASCMA in an excellent way to get involved on campus. There are plenty of opportunities; all you need to do is find the area that interests you! Explore this site with the options on the left, or contact anyone currently involved in Associated Students for additional information.

Our offices are located in the Student Center, just across from the mailroom, and next to the Dean of Students office. Please stop by and visit!
