- Student Must Research in Depth Company Recruiting
- Student Signs-up for Interview
- By Signing-up You Agree and Give Permission for Your Unofficial Transcript and Resume to be Pulled and Sent to the Recruiter.
- Student’s Sign-up for Available Time Slots. All Effort Will be Made to Place Student in Interview Time Slot That is Selected, But This is Not Guaranteed.
- BY SIGNING-UP YOU ARE SIGING A CONTRACT WITH THAT COMPANY TO INTERVIEW. IF YOU CANCEL AN INTERVIEW OR DO NOT SHOW UP FOR YOUR INTERVIEW YOU ARE GIVING UP YOUR INTERVIEWING PRIVALEGES WITH THE CAREER CENTER.
- Cut Off Date for Signing up for Interview

- Resumes and Unofficial Transcripts Are Pulled
- Information is Packaged for Recruiter and Sent Fed-Ex Overnight
- Recruiter Pre-selects Candidates
- Sign-up Does Not Guarantee an Interview
- Companies Will Pre-select Candidates They Wish to Interview
- Company Criteria Varies from Company to Company
- Companies do not Discuss Criteria with the Career Center
- Company Notifies Career Center of Selected Candidates
- Companies Will Call or Send an E-mail with Selected Candidates Names
- Career Center Posts Selected Candidates for Interview
- List will be Posted in Career Center
- List will be Posted on Bulletin Board in Student Center
- E-mail Notification will be sent to Selected Candidates Through Their Personal E-mail Accounts Notifying Them They Have Been Selected for an Interview.
* During Recruitment Check E-mail Daily*
* Companies Change Recruiting Dates and Times at the Last Minute*
* It is the Responsibility of the Selected Students to Check E-mail Frequently, Especially the Day Before the Interview and the Day of the Interview*
* If You are Selected For and Interview and You No-Show For Your Interview You Will Forfeit Your Privilege of Further Interviews With The Career Center*
* If a Conflict in the Time of Your Interview Occurs it is Your Responsibility to Trade Interview Times with Another Candidate. You Must Then Notify the Career Center of the Change*

- Press Suit, Shine Shoes, Wear Appropriate Attire
- No White Socks
- Check E-mail for Last Minute Changes
- Day of Interview
- Arrive to Interview a Minimum of FIFTEEN MINUTES Early
- Some Companies Will have Warm-up Recruiters and Pre-Interview Tests
- Insure Attire is Appropriate for Interview
- Have Copies of Resume in Hand
- Have Paper to Write On
- Have Five Questions For Recruiter Prepared
- Have Everything in Leather Binder
- Career Center has Binder for Loan During Interview
- Ask Interviewer for Business Card
- It is the Students Responsibility to Get the Recruiter’s Name, Address, and Phone Number for Follow-Up
- The Career Center May Not Have This Information or It may be Out of Date.
- Thank You Letter
- Ensure Thank You Letter is Mailed No Latter Than 24-48 Hours after Interview.
- Many Companies will Not Consider Candidates if a Thank You Letter is Not Received.
- Company Contacts Student Directly From This Point On
- It is the Student’s Responsibility to Follow-up With The Company
- If Offer is Made and Accepted Notify the Career Center
