Preview Day

Soon, we will invite you to register to attend Cal Maritime's Preview Day using a form that will be on this page. If you wish to be notified when the event reservation form has been activated, please leave us your contact information at www.csum.edu/info.

If you want to visit us before Preview Day, we hope you will visit us by taking advantage of one of our weekday tours. To arrange a tour, visit www.csum.edu/visit.

Preview Day is a free event designed for prospective applicants from high school students to college transfer students. Family members and friends of all ages are also welcome. You can learn about our majors, take tours of the campus, simulators, training ship, and residence halls, as well as interact with (and ask questions of) our students. Preview Day will help you understand the unique educational experience and tremendous opportunities available at Cal Maritime.

Please note that this event is not an “Open House” program where all activities last the entire time.  There is a schedule to the event.  Those who choose to arrive late or leave early may not be able to attend all parts of the program.

Cal Maritime's Student Veterans Group will be sponsoring a food drive in conjunction with Preview Day.  We ask visiting families to bring one or more food items to Preview Day to be collected at the registration table.  The food will be donated to the Food Bank of Solano and Contra Costa Counties.  Here is a link to the items they need most: http://www.foodbankccs.org/give-help/traditional-food-drive.html
