Ø Effective August 20, 2012, Track-IT! our new IT Support Center System will be used to track all of your Information Technology support needs. Ø All HelpDesk, PeopleSoft, Telecommunication Tickets and IT Project and Service Requests will all be tracked in Track-IT! Ø If you send an email to the HelpDesk or PeopleSoft tickets, it will automatically send you an email with the URL to file a ticket with Track-IT! Ø If you do not have access to a computer or have any questions, you can call the HelpDesk at (707) 654-1048 and we will file a ticket on your behalf. Ø If you are off campus, you can always send a ticket to itsupport@csum.edu and the IT Support Staff will assist in generating the ticket. track-it! FAQ's: PREVIEW OF TRACK-IT!:
digital approvals:All system access requests that require paperwork can be scanned and attached to the ticket. The appropriate manager can approve it online. A link with all the available forms will be provided in Track-IT! KNOWLEDGEBASE:A knowledgebase is available for the users to search for resolutions to common issues. For example: how to map drives, reset passwords, connect to a printer, etc. track-it! surveyIT is making every effort to provide quality service to our customers.
