Spring 2016 Registration Begins November 9, 2015 - November 20, 2015.

Enrollment Appointments have been assigned and are visible on your Student Center in PeopleSoft.

Registration Information:

  • Enrollment Appointments

Enrollment/registration appointments were generated based on overall units completed to reflect students' academic level.  The undergraduate catalog states that students who completed the following units in parentheses are classified as either a Freshman (0-29.5 units), Sophomore (30-59.5 units), Junior (60-89.5 units), and Senior/Post Bacc (90+ units). 

Enrollment appointments were set as follows:

Priority Registration (e.g., veterans, etc.):  November 9

Seniors:  November 10
Juniors:  November 11
Sophomores:  November 12
Freshmen:  November 13

  • Class Requisites ("Class of")

"Class of" requisites will only be removed per the request of the Department Chairs.

  • Advising Holds

Students are required to meet with their academic advisor to address any questions regarding registration or graduation requirements.  Please visit with your Academic Advisor during the advisement period, October 26 through November 6, 2015.

  • Waivers of Pre-requisite/Co-requisite forms can be submitted to the Office of the Registrar November 16 - 20, 2015 and again January 4 - 15, 2016.

Spring 2016 - Late Add/Drop Period for all students is

January 4, 2016 – January 15, 2016.

Mission Statement

The mission of the Office of the Registrar is to support the University's Core Values and Mission by serving as the "office of academic records" for students, faculty, staff and the general public.

The Office is dedicated to providing efficient and knowledgeable services to our constituents which include registration, processing grades, enrollment and degree verifications, maintenance of the academic records, producing official CSUM academic transcripts, and veteran's services. We also oversee class scheduling and the academic calendar.

In preserving the student's right to privacy and upholding the integrity of academic policies, we work collaboratively with the university community to support teaching, learning, and institutional research.
