Jeanne Clery Report
As members of the campus community we share the responsibility of maintaining a safe environment. We are excited about working with you in this very important venture and have aligned our professional ideals toward the attainment of this goal. Your safety while at CSU Maritime Academy is the primary concern of Police Services.
The material included in the Annual Security Report is designed to introduce you to issues of safety and security on the CSU Maritime Academy campus. We believe that the more information you have, the better our chances are of providing a safe environment for our students to meet their educational goals. This report is available to the public to provide statistical information required by law, and we are pleased to provide security information to any requester at our campus.
Although CSU Maritime Academy has been fortunate in experiencing only a few serious crimes, such incidents could occur, and all crime is serious to the victim. We are committed to working with all members of the community to provide a safe and secure environment. We encourage students, faculty, and staff to read and share this information.

The CSU Maritime Academy prepares this report in order to comply with the Jeanne Clery Disclosure of Campus Security Policy and Crime Statistics Act. This report is prepared in cooperation with the Vallejo Police Department, CSU Maritime Academy Housing and Student Services, and CSU Maritime Academy Programs and Leadership and Development.
In October of each year, the department emails a notice to all enrolled students, faculty, and staff informing them that the report is available on the university's web site. Prospective employees and students are provided this report at the time they obtain an application for employment or admission. Hard copies of the report may be obtained from Police Services or printed from our web site. Any person may have access to the report. We update our web site to reflect the last 3 years crime of statistics.
