This new way of logging will enhance your login experience, enable you to have control of your user account, and help protect your identity. You can use this tool to change your password or to unlock your account.
The new solution is in place now, please make sure you have reviewed the video and are prepared to enroll now. The new tool can also be accessed from our website's portal login "Forgot Password" link.

A: The system forces faculty and staff to change their passwords 90 days after the last time they changed their password. Students are required to change their passwords at least once a year.
