ITC Print Copy Solution: Frequently Asked Questions

Q: How do I get an ITC Card?
A: The first card is free and will be distributed to students at formation. The replacement card is $1 and can be purchased from the loader machine in the library. Preloaded cards are available for $20 at the bookstore.

Q: How can I put funds on the ITC Card?
A: You may purchase funds in the loader in the library. The machine accepts band cards and credit cards.  You may also reload your Print Copy Card Online.  You must be on campus to access the Print Copy Account page located here.

Q: How much does it cost per page?
A: 15 cents/page for black and white copies, and 50 cents/page for color copies.

Q: How do I print using my ITC card?
A: You can print from the computer as you usually would. The document will stay in the printer cue until your ITC card is swiped. Swipe your card at the Print Release Station for the document.

Q: How do I print using my ITC card?
A: To print, simply swipe your card on the reader attached to the copy machine.

Q: How can I get a refund?
A: The ITC card is like cash. There are no refunds for lost cards or for remaining balances on cards. For printer malfunctions complete a request slip at the library desk to receive a reprint credit. 

Q: Who can I contact if I have any problems?
A: Contact library or lab personnel.
