Office of University Advancement

Contributions from private sources are critical for providing necessary financial resources for our students, faculty and programs. Charitable gifts from alumni, friends, corporations and foundations allow us to improve academic programs, create scholarships for students, and secure the means to acquire capital and equipment that allow the Academy to offer the best education possible.

The Office of University Advancement provides philanthropic leadership and program services to help Cal Maritime achieve its mission and goals. The Advancement Office is responsible for conducting the Cal Maritime Fund annual campaign, facilitating major and planned gifts, managing the yacht donation program, organizing the Annual black-tie Gala and other fundraising events, and directing the university's vital alumni and public relations programs.
