Danielle Pelczarski is the Deputy Commandant of Cadets for California State University Maritime Academy bringing 29 years of military experience as a Supply Corps Officer from the United States Navy Reserve, along with 30+ years of corporate executive level experience from the Brand and Marketing industry.
Previously, she served as the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer for LOCALMOTV, Incorporated a small e-commerce start-up designed specifically to connect locally minded shoppers to local independent merchants. On the military side, she the Commanding Officer for Training and Evaluation Team West for Navy Expeditionary Logistics Support Group headquartered in Alameda, California, which evaluates unit readiness for Navy Expeditionary Logistics Regiment FIVE, Cargo Handling Battalions FIVE and FOURTEEN encompassing 1,100 west coast Sailors through the Fleet Response Training Plan.
Danielle's education encompasses degrees from: the Joint Forces Staff College in Advanced Joint Professional Military Education, Master of Science degree in Graphic Information Technology from Arizona MA, Bachelor of Arts degree in English and Psychology from Hiram College, Lean Six Sigma Black Belt from Villanova University, and Effective Senior Leadership and Management certification from the University of Notre Dame, Mendoza College of Business.
Danielle has deployed overseas in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom, Operation Enduring Freedom, and Operation Aqea Al Qaeda East Africa. Her military awards and decorations include the Defense Meritorious Service Medal, Meritorious Service Medal (5), Navy & Marine Corps Commendation Medal (2), Navy & Marine Corps Achievement Medal (3), Navy Expeditionary Supply Corps Officer Warfare pin, Ashore Command pin in addition to other service and unit medals and decorations.
