Q: Who do I contact to report problems with projection units in the classrooms?

A: To report audio/visual equipment problems, please contact:

  • Email helpdesk@csum.edu to create a ticket
  • Helpdesk Phone at 707-654-1048

Q: How do I request the installation of new software in a classroom or computer lab?

A: Acquisition of software for instructional purposes must be coordinated with the department and IT Department.  Once purchased, the faculty member's department can request IT helpdesk to install the software in a computer lab or classroom.
