The Office of Faculty Affairs
The goal of this office is to assist faculty with: retention, tenure, and promotion; periodic evaluations, lecturer evaluations, post-tenure review, and sabbatical leaves. To achieve this goal, the following resources are provided:

Periodic Evaluation of Probationary Faculty - normally occurs during the first, third, and fifth probationary year

Post-Tenure Review - periodic evaluation of tenured faculty at 5-year intervals after last evaluation
Sabbatical Leaves - Funds are available for sabbatical leaves during the academic years, 2012-2013 and 2013-2014 Faculty applying for sabbatical leaves during the academic year 2014-2015 must submit a sabbatical leave application to the Chair of the Professional Leave Committee by Friday, October 4, 2013.
